Who we are

OSHA Workplace Safety publishes independent guides to OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 Outreach training. We are not an OSHA-authorized training provider, not a government agency, and not affiliated with the U.S. Department of Labor or OSHA. You can reach us at support@oshaworkplacesafety.com.

What we collect

• Enquiry and contact forms. Your name and email address, and — only if you choose to give them — your phone number, company, state, the course you are asking about, how many people need training, and your message. We also record which page the enquiry came from.
• Newsletter. Your email address, if you subscribe.
• Analytics. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics 4 collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser, and referring site. We do not use it to identify you personally.

We do not collect payment details. Nothing on this site takes a payment.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, to pass it to an OSHA-authorized training provider who can enrol you, and to understand which guides are useful. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in operating the site.

Who we share it with

Enquiries are shared with OSHA-authorized training providers so they can respond with course options and pricing. We also use service providers to host the site, store submissions and send email. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your information, or object to its use, by emailing support@oshaworkplacesafety.com. If you are in the EU/UK or California you have these rights by law; we apply them to everyone. We will respond within 30 days and will not treat you differently for asking.

Cookies

The site itself does not need cookies to work. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics sets its own cookies to count visits. You can block them in your browser without losing any functionality.

Changes

We will update this page when what we collect changes, and the date at the top will change with it. See also our terms of service.
