What this site is

OSHA Workplace Safety is an independent information website about the OSHA Outreach Training Program. We publish course guides and pass enquiries to OSHA-authorized training providers.

What this site is not

• We are not an OSHA-authorized Outreach training provider.
• We are not a government agency, and we are not affiliated with OSHA or the U.S. Department of Labor.
• We do not deliver training, administer exams, or issue DOL Outreach cards.
• We do not sell courses and take no payment through this site.

Training is delivered by the provider you enrol with, under their own terms. The DOL Outreach card is issued by OSHA on successful completion.

Accuracy

Course content, durations, requirements and career information are published in good faith and reviewed periodically, but OSHA requirements and provider terms change. Nothing here is legal, compliance or employment advice. Confirm the details with your employer, your state or the provider before you rely on them. Where a course page describes what is “typically included”, that is a description of the market, not an offer.

Enquiries

Sending an enquiry does not enrol you in anything and does not create a contract. It asks us to share your details with a training provider so they can contact you. See the privacy policy for what we do with those details.

Your use of the site

You may read, quote and link to what we publish. Please do not scrape the site, submit false enquiries, or use it to send unsolicited messages.

Liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on the information here or from any dealings with a training provider, which are between you and them.
